Instructions for Mailing In Documents and Payments

Payments must be submitted in the form of:

• Personal or Business Check (make sure the driver's license number, phone number and street address is printed on the check)
• Cashiers Check
• Money Order
• Electronic Funds Transfer

All mailed documents and payments must be mailed to the Headquarters location.

Instructions for Delivering Documents and Payments in Person

In-person payment methods accepted are:

• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• Cash
• Money Order
• Electronic Funds Transfer
• E-Check

A transaction fee of $1.25 + 1% total will be assessed for payments made with a credit or debit card and $1.00 for payments made with an E-Check.

OMV transactions may be processed at OMV office locations.
